Booking Terms

Deposit - The cost of the first night is required to secure the booking.

Cancellations - if a booking is cancelled prior to seven days of the date of arrival the deposit may be transferred towards a future stay.  The deposits of any cancellations made within seven days of arrival will not be refunded or eligible for transfer.  In the case of a non-appearance or cancellation on the day of arrival, the total amount of the booking will be charged. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the owners, a refund or transfer may be agreed outside of the above policy.

Smoking Policy- In order to comply with legislation and to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed in any part of Cliff House, including the balcony adjoining the lounge.  If any guests contravene this policy, they will be asked to leave with no refund available. Additionally there may be a charge for any cleaning costs and losses incurred.

Conditions
Rooms are available from 2 pm on the date of arrival.
Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am on the date of departure
Any times outside the above may be possible by prior arrangement.

Parking  

Each room is issued with a free parking permit for use at the nearby Harbour Car Park

•  Drop off point outside the front door

• A public transport collection service available

• A Car Park is 75 metres from the house

• Free access to the main village car park

• Level access from pavement across a tiled surface

• A door sill to step over

• All bedrooms are on the 1st & 2nd floor

• Hand rail on one side of stairs only (right hand side)

• Dining room, Balcony & Guest Lounge/TV room on the ground floor

• Totally non-smoking Guest House

• Portable hearing loop available

• Enlarged access statement, brochure and menus available on request  

• Most diets can be catered for by prior arrangement

• Only one room has a shower over a bath. All the others have a walk-in shower

Children
Unfortunately we do not have facilities suitable for children under the age of five years.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in any area of Cliff House.
